Mais que font les irlandais pendant que leur irish stew ^[1] mitonne pendant de longues heures ?

Et bien, ils dansent l’irish stew en lignes sur la musique de « Whiskey in the jar », chanson traditionnelle irlandaise !

Bon là, OK …sur la deuxième vidéo ci-dessous, d’aprentissage, ce ne sont pas des Irlandais mais des Alsaciens qui dansent… Car les Alsaciens se sont rendus compte que pendant les 4 heures de cuisson ^[2] nécessaires pour que leur baeckeoffe commence à être à point, il ne fallait pas rester désœuvré ! Et comme en Alsace, il n’y avait pas de danse appelée le baeckeoffe , ils dansent l’irish stew !
